We have designed and advancement program - called REAP - to enable our employees to pursue various levels of responsibility within the restaurant.

All Restaurant Hourly Employees report directly to the Restaurant Manager and the restaurant management team.

REAP - GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTIONS

Team Leaders

Team Leaders assist the manager by ensuring crew team productivity and QSC efficiency standards are met in assigned areas of the restaurant. Responsibilities are based on each area of accountability but in general, the Team Leader assists in training, positioning, and directing the crew team, completing operations checklists, setting stock levels, resolving bottlenecks, and delegating work tasks as assigned by a manager. In addition, the Team Leader may have other administrative accountabilities as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Safety Coordinator

Safety Coordinator is knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures. The Safety Coordinator uses this knowledge to observe employee work performance and correct employees (training) to follow proper safety practices in the restaurant. In addition, the Safety Coordinator conducts routine and on-going safety checks-safety audits-on the restaurant facility and reports findings to the management team.

Training Coordinator

Training Coordinator assists in orientation and training of the crew team. The Training Coordinator also assists the management team in communicating policies and procedures. In addition, the Training Coordinator may have other administrative accountabilities as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Breakfast Coordinator

Breakfast Coordinators when acting as the shift manager is responsible for training, directing, delegating, positioning, coordinating and controlling the crew team to meet QSC standards. The Breakfast Coordinator is responsible for solving QSC bottlenecks, handling customer complaints, and conducting good public relations in the restaurant. The Breakfast Coordinator is responsible for completing all breakfast shift administrative responsibilities and ensuring all company security and safety policies and procedures are adhered to.

Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor when acting as the shift manager is responsible for training, directing, delegating, positioning, coordinating and controlling the crew team to meet QSC standards. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for solving QSC bottlenecks, handling customer complaints, and conducting good public relations in the restaurant. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for completing all shift administrative responsibilities and ensuring all company security and safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
